Whisky Sour

I N G R E D I E N T ‘ S:

§  60 ml    bourbon / whisky of choice

§  30 ml    lemon juice

§  2 tsp.    white sugar

§  egg white

§  garnish with a lemon zest

H O W   T O   D O   I T:

1.    Mix all ingredients together in a shaker with ice.

Upgrade: New York Sour.

Pour some red wine over a teaspoon into the drink.
