I N G R E D I E N T ‘ S – M U F F I N:
§ 120 g butter
§ 2 eggs
§ 100 g dark chocholate
§ 75 g white sugar
§ 75 g demerara sugara
§ ½ pack vanilla sugar
§ ¼ pack natron
§ 140 g flour
§ 75 ml milk
I N G R E D I E N T ‘ S – T O P P I N G:
§ 100 g dark chocholate
§ 150 g butter
§ 130 g icing sugar
§ ½ tsp. vanilla extract
H O W T O D O I T:
M u f f i n:
1. preheat oven to 175°c circulating air
2. prepare muffin tin with paper forms
3. melt chocolate in with a dash of milk
4. in another bowl mix flour and natron
5. in a third one, mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until you receive a fluffy batter
6. add eggs and mix well again
7. add part by part the flour-mixture, the melted chocolate and the milk until it becomes one
8. split the batter into the forms
9. bake them for around 20 min and let them cool off afterwards

T o p p i n g – D e c o r a t i o n:
1. melt chocolate in with a dash of milk
2. mix the melted chocolate together with the butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract until the frostings is peaky
3. add frosting into a piping bag and put it in the fridge for 20 min.
4. once the muffins have cooled off add the frosting
5. If wished to decorate them with sprinkles or berries
