Basil Smash

I’m in love with herbal cocktails but basil is one of my favourites. The taste, the colour, the foam just perfection.

I N G R E D I E N T ‘ S:

§  60 ml    gin of choice

§  3           branches of basil

§  10 ml    sugar syrup

§  30 ml    lime juice

§  1           egg white

H O W   T O   D O   I T:

1.    Mash gin and basil in a shaker.

2.   Add other ingredients and ice, shake well.

3.   Garnish with basil leaves and as an extra some drops of aceto balsamico.
